    Todd Goldman, (of David and Goliath tees ) the "designer" responsible for those "attitude" T-shirts that feature crude drawings with slogans such as "Boys are dumb throw rocks at them," has been accused of selling slightly modified tracings of another artist's cartoon. Sadly for Todd, lots of his "designs" are starting to look... familiar. Todd's lawyers are currently negotiating with the artist he ripped off (above) and there's been some apologizing and what not.

  2. The Demise of the Public Domain and Its Implications for Educational Development

    My first literature review for IPSIE 2004 - I was just learning how to write. Regardless: What will happen when developing countries are faced with copyright legislation and persecution? Though prosecution of large-scale copyright violation is acceptable, the influence and spread of copyright law and its industry-driven intents still remain suspect for the negative impact on knowledge creation.
