Embrace wireless technology in the classroom. If you don't have the budget to buy expensive polling hardware, Poll Everywhere is a great, cheap tool to add a new dimension to your lessons. Ask a poll question, have your students or participants text their answer using their cell phones. Then watch an instant graph compile, tallying your votes. Encourages participation & makes lectures interactive

This website is very useful if you are taking Schimmel's A-213: Schools & the Law. It is also great for social studies teachers or general teachers who are interested in teaching first amendment rights. Includes great case briefs.
