    if you have a few moments to get outside and collect some snowflakes, please do so! Use some black construction paper as a background for collecting and grab some magnifying glasses from the EE equipment room to investigate. If you have some clear laquer in a spray, put it outside for an hour or so to get cold. Spray some on a piece of overhead plastic (also kept outside to be cold) and then collect snowflakes. Let them settle into the laquer for a while and then bring inside. Put on the overhead and see what kinds of snowflakes you have. Many of these snowflakes are stellar dendrites and they are stunning!
