Proposal for a new Office of Educational Entrepreneurship and Innovation as part of the federal Department of Education. The OEEI would support the scaling up of existing promising programs, provide annual funding through an Educational Innovation Challenge, and coordinate and attract major thinkers and strategists from a variety of disciplines. -
