1voteThe FCC's plan to bring FREE, universal WIFI to the Nation, is experiencing some technical resistance, but could be disruptive to internet providers, and will allow schools to incorporate more internet related activities, as access becomes free and computers become increasingly cheaper.

1voteAccording to FCC rules, any party aggrieved by an action taken by USAC/SLD may appeal that decision. That means that Service Providers or applicants may file an appeal. The appeal may be filed first with USAC/SLD and, if not satisfactorily resolved, then with the FCC. Alternatively, appeals may be filed with the FCC directly. An appeal cannot be filed with both the USAC/SLD and FCC simultaneously. Fax and e-mail appeal letters are accepted.
