1voteTeaching for Change is an amazing online organization that has resources for progressive teachers and learners. The organization does not create all the materials it sells, but rather serves as a one stop shop or consortium for progressive educators. The teaching tools they sponsor are for various grade levels and subject areas.

1voteIt may sound obvious, but the Boston Public Library is an amazing resource for local teachers and students. The BPL boasts a large list of online resources, 28 neighborhood branches with free wireless internet, reference librarians available to answer questions over e-mail, over 3.500 "ebooks", and 6.1 million books.

1voteThis resource can be viewed as a couple different possibilities: website, field trip if you happen to be in Little Rock, place for your own professional development, or as the idea of using presidential libraries more generally.
