The system uses passwords to protect privacy, but the basic idea is to allow parents to look at grade reports, progress reports and attendance reports.

1voteSection 101.33 of the Texas Administration Code (TAC) states, "Beginning in 2004 with the 2003–2004 school year and subsequent even-numbered years, the Texas Education Agency shall release all test items and answer keys for the Texas Assessment of Knowledge and Skills (TAKS), the State-Developed Alternative Assessment (SDAA), and the Reading Proficiency Tests in English (RPTE).
